Shipping/Returns Policy
SHIPPING COSTS
Most of our products are shipped directly from our designers and artists who use their own packaging and shipping provider.
Please, note that The Forumist Store provides free shipping on orders over €500 within European Union countries with the exception of some islands, and from EU to USA and Canada. This does not apply to objects in Art and Design category.
Free returns does not apply this offer.
For the rest of the offering on store.theforumist.com, The Forumist doesn't provide free shipping and free returns.
TRACKING
Once an item is shipped out, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please, check the status of your parcel as there may be customs and taxes to be paid in order to receive your order. Failure to pay these charges on time may result in the return of your parcel.
SHIPPING TIMES
Due to how we operate, delivery times and shipping costs may vary. Our designers and artists aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe communicated for each item from the day of your purchase. Under the shipping tab on product pages, you will find more information regarding shipping times.
HEAVY SHIPMENTS
For a selection of heavier/larger items, shipping is calculated separately. You can request a shipping quote before or after your purchase, where you can approve any additional costs before shipment.
Once an item is shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please, note that The Forumist Store is not liable for missed deliveries and reserves the right to charge you the costs for shipping charges of uncollected packages. TAXES & DUTIES
Please, note that the product price and shipping costs do not include taxes and import duties. Taxes and import duties may be charged when the shipment reaches the country of destination. Please, see the shipping tab on the product page(s) to check the location of the item.

UNCLAIMED PARCEL
In the event that the parcel is not claimed or is rejected/refused by the receiver for any reason - the relevant carrier will return the parcel to The Forumist Store. Consequently there will be a fee based on the weight of item deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.
RETURNS
Please note that some items are not eligible for returns or refunds. This includes all lingerie, sale items, made-to-order, and pre-order items. If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to email us at store@theforumist.com or use the store chat.
For items that are eligible for return, you are entitled to return your order for any reason within 7 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please email store@theforumist.com with "Return - [Your Order Number]" in the subject line and include the reason for the return. We will then provide you with instructions and the return address.
All products must be returned in pristine condition, in their original state, with all protective materials, and The Forumist Store and designer tags attached where applicable. This includes packaging, accessories, authenticity cards, and dust bags. We reserve the right to reject returns if products show any signs of wear, usage, or alteration from their original condition.
Please be aware of the following important points:
- Shipping Method: Returns must be shipped using a tracked and insured shipping service. Standard postal services are not accepted.
- Missing Parcels: If a returned parcel goes missing, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. The Forumist Store cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
- Customs Fees: Any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund amount. The Forumist Store does not cover these costs.
Reductions in refunds may occur under the following circumstances:
- Essential packaging elements, such as dust bags, have not been returned.
- If a refund reduction is necessary, we will inform you. At that point, you may choose to receive the reduced refund or have the products sent back to you at your own expense.
The refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
The Forumist Store reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above-stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to you at your own expense.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges - only returns. Please email store@theforumist.com with your exchange request and a member of our team will help you. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
PAYMENT METHODS
We offer different payment methods, including VISA, MasterCard, and Paypal. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to card details. PayPal also allows secure payment through your credit card or PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out. INSURANCE
We offer optional shipping protection by Navidium for a small fee at checkout. This will provide you with protection even in the case of stolen, damaged and lost packages. Please, note that without Navidium shipping protection, The Forumist is not liable for damaged, stolen, or lost packages - this includes missed deliveries or failure to pick up parcels before being returned to the sender. The Forumist reserves the right to charge you the costs for shipping charges for uncollected parcels and redeliveries.
