SHIPPING
The Forumist store is a curated fashion & art marketplace, connecting you directly to the next generation of creatives. Most of our products are shipped directly from our designers and artists who use their own packaging and we arrange the shipping provider. Please, note that The Forumist store takes a commission on sales and cannot provide free shipping and free returns.
DISCLAIMER
Due to that majority of designer and creatives on The Forumist are smaller independent brands that don’t hold stock, mistakes in stock levels /availability of items may occur as the stock is manually updated. The Forumist will notify the customer and reimburse when mistakes as such occurs.
SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS
Due to how we operate, delivery times and shipping costs may vary. Our designers and artists aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days of your purchase. Please, see the shipping tab on the product pages for more information on shipping times and fees, which are dependent on where the designer is based.
Depending on where you are in the world, you may be required to pay import fees, VAT and handling charges. Import duties and taxes vary from country to country. The Forumist is unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged.
For a selection of heavier/larger items in the Art section, shipping is calculated separately. After your purchase, you will receive a quote and can approve any additional costs before shipment.
Once an item is shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please, note that The Forumist store is not liable for missed deliveries and reserves the right to charge you the costs for shipping charges of uncollected packages.

TAXES & DUTIES
Please, note that the product price and shipping costs do not include taxes and import duties. Taxes and import duties may be charged when the shipment reaches the country of destination. Please, see the shipping tab on the product page(s) to check the location of the item.
RETURNS
Please note that some items are not subject to returns/refunds. This includes all made-to-order and pre-order items, items in the art section, jewellery, accessories, bags and lingerie. If you have any questions about our items, please feel free to email store@theforumist.com
For other items, you are entitled to return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order. If you wish to make a return, please email store@theforumist.com with ‘’Return - your order number’’ in the subject line and the reason for return. Then, we will provide you with instructions and the return address.
You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must return unused. All original packaging and price labels must be returned with the product without having been altered.
The refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the item. Please, note that shipping costs can not be refunded, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
PAYMENT METHODS
We offer different payment methods, including VISA, MasterCard, Klarna and Paypal. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to card details. PayPal also allows secure payment through your credit card or PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out.
