Karl Grandin

Karl Grandin is an artist based in Stockholm, Sweden. His images deal with subculture, mythology and the unconscious. Grandin has exhibited throughout Europe, Asia and the United States and is a creative who is difficult to shoehorn. His energetic and surreal art has been featured on book and album covers, textiles, posters, furniture, magazines, films, beer cans and pizza boxes. He was a co-founder of the cult fashion label Cheap Monday and was responsible for the brand’s unique style and imagery. Alongside his autonomous work Grandin is art director for the avant garde beer brand, Omnipollo.
