SAMPLE-CM is a conceptual sportswear label created in 2015 in Berlin by the French designer Margot Charbonnier with a dual background in sociology and fashion. The annual grand bassin collections complement one another as a field in construction. Each season explores a different sport stretched to the limits of its cultural space. Designed as some modular and interactive pieces, grand bassin designs incorporate sport moves and social commitment while challenging the power of small gestures as sensible acts of resistance.The Pediluve line offers Erzatz of sport equipment diverted between functional tools and absurd artefacts. The both lines of SAMPLE-CM are tailored in Berlin atelier with high quality artisanal and slow fashion positioning.
