In 2016. Michaelartz was awarded the Borlänges Culture Scholarship. He had just moved home to Borlänge after living in Örebro for more than 4 years. Reflecting on the past few years, He still feels proud to have been awarded this scholarship for his artistry. When he received the Cultural Scholarship, the cultural committee selected a special place. Ornässtugan. Sweden's oldest museum.
