Pia Glassworks
Pia is an experimental Argentine artist based in Barcelona and part of the queer community. Her work centers on flame working with blown glass, delving into a non-existent dreamlike world inspired by dreams and the creation of alternate realities. Through innovative techniques and a multidisciplinary approach, Pia challenges conventions and offers profound reflections on identity and diversity.
Her pieces not only emphasize the fragility of the material but also evoke a sense of resilience and connection to the multiple realities coexisting within our experience. In addition to creating art, Pia also teaches classes on flame working techniques, sharing her expertise and passion for this unique medium.
